Materials: Trex in Winchester grey with blind biscuit fastening system.
Steel erection and engineering: Morkin and Sowards.
Here's another project that had some interesting challenges. This deck needed a steel support structure in order to meet current building codes. That was a tall order with only 1' of space to fit it into.
The shadowbox railing allows some privacy for the owners while allowing a full view over the top.
This shed was incorporated into the design to cover a stairway and add some outside storage.
