One of the 35 or so custom interior storm windows we made for this project.

The basement, after major cleaning, applied stucco to all the interior walls, complete excavation and waterproofing of the exterior, new mechanicals, drain tile, waste lines, etc........But we kept the old cast concrete wash sink. Those things are the coolest.

We (and the owners) went to great lengths to salvage the original tile and fixtures in the 2.5 bathrooms. The colors That Ken and Ann picked to go with them were awesome.

Second floor with the walls up and ready for trim. The original door jambs were refinished in place.

Boy, that's a lot of custom milled vertical grain douglas fir trim.

Kitchen and dining area looking a lot better.
